About Michelle Duff
Michelle is responsible for the administrative functions of the day-to-day operations of the Broker-Dealer and RIA. Michelle also manages all Advisor and client files and works closely with Advisors and staff to ensure paperwork accuracy.
She assists in issue resolution as it relates to ACATS, account maintenance requests, and cashiering items to name a few. Michelle works closely with advertising submissions, insurance payouts and appointment maintenance, product licensing and compliance tracking, and is the point of contact for the New Advisor Transition Excellence program.
